SAKAB Returns Policy

Returns are only accepted for products that have been purchased directly from sakablife.com, and only from customers located in the United States.

Items that are returned for exchange must be in new, unused, and re-sellable condition, with all original packaging, protective coverings, and product information included. Any items that are soiled, damaged, or altered in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original receipt of the product. Returns received after this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of SAKAB and may only be eligible for a store credit.

If you have any issues with your watch, please contact our customer service team by email at concierge@sakablife.com prior to returning the item. Our team will assist you in resolving any issues or concerns you may have with your purchase.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and that customers are responsible for any return shipping costs incurred. SAKAB recommends that customers use a trackable shipping method when returning items to ensure safe delivery.
